Now that the dust has settled and things are back to normal (for the time being) some minor ANR news:

For the pilots and pax, users of Antwerp Airport, you might consider joining in on this pro-airport petition (webpage in EN, description in Dutch and the only translation Google can't offer is: 'Deurne' is the district of Antwerp where the Antwerp Airport is located)

The renewal procedure for the environmental permit, has had more than 4000 objections registered with among others, persons on the Greenpeace payroll, organizing professional petition rallies in major train stations, etc.
And the anti-airport campaigners confounding 'airport expansion' (which is unacceptable to most people and impossible given the airport's location), with 'airport growth' (within the existing constraints), was purely by mistake I presume.
That the previous environmental permit imposed already a training-flights reduction from 23.000 in 2009 to 8.000 in 2023, apparently is still not enough for the anti campaigners....
