Well, seems not worth the bother then.. Can't imagine what could have happened to provoke this kind of "Slagging Off" - some people, some airlines need to work out that circumstances dictate the kind of handling they will receive in these troubled times! But, unless complaints are fully reported and investigated - I suspect nothing will change. <img src="confused.gif" border="0">
