Ex GB Airways A321's

Hi, have heard a rumour that the ex GB A321's that went to EZY with the takeover are to be sold to BA at the end of this summer season, BA could do with them to replace the LHR B757 fleet or even the old Fuel guzzeling B737's at LGW!

Anyone know anything on this?

Interesting,

This seems to suggest thst four of the A320's are going to BA but that EZY are keeping the 321's - Thought EZY wanted rid of the A321 but was converting future A319 to A320's!

Easy get rid of all the 321's by November 3rd. Getting rid of the 320's as well and replacing them with their own 319-changed-to-320 orders.

Of a total of 37 aircraft deliveries for 2009 I believe 16 of those are A320's. So don't expect to see any new A320's before next year

Monarch's A321 soon to be G-OZBS arrives this Thursday.
If you read some of my earlier posts, l pointed out that EZY were offering the A321s on the market before March of this year.

The nine easyJet A321s were being advertised as available for lease as recently as last week, so unlikely that a definitive home has been found yet.
