ExpressJet and Aerocalifornia face Mexico's SCT

News from late last night. Couldn't find a post on it yet. Both airlines owe $$ to SENEAM, Mexico's ATC system. Aerocalifornia also owes SAT (our IRS). Today is their deadline to settle their debt. More below.

Xjet- $4.5 M USD
JR- $26 M USD
