Subject: Withdrawal of Scheduled Service from the UK Market

Dear Valued Customer:

As recently communicated, Polar Air Cargo has taken the difficult decision to re-deploy its fleet of Boeing 747-200 freighter aircraft. The recent dramatic rise of fuel prices has let Atlas Air Worldwide Holdings to re-evaluate the mission of the 747 classics currently flown on scheduled service operations. These less than fuel efficient aircraft are not being parked, as other classic freighter operators have done, but instead will be redeployed to our Atlas Air commercial and military charter business lines.

Regrettably part of the rationalisation programme resulted in the cessation of services operating to and from our UK base at Prestwick. Following the last operation from Prestwick on Sunday 15th June, the Polar UK sales and reservations team focused its attention on serving you via our European hub, Amsterdam.

However, it is with regret that I must now advise that, as of today, all sales and reservations activities in the UK will also cease, as Polar Air Cargo completes its withdrawal from the UK scheduled service market.

For any future business enquires, please contact our regional office in Amsterdam:

Tel: +31 20 795 1000

Fax: +31 20 795 1001

E-mail: [email address]

On behalf of the UK sales team and our operational colleagues, I would like to thank your for your support over the many years we have had the pleasure to work with you. We have certainly enjoyed our time and thank you all for allowing us the opportunity to handle your business.

Yours sincerely
