Thumbs up

Sickness? Sickness? What's that?

Eastern don't plan for sickness, that would involve more crews.

You have seen those tv adverts where the poor old donkey is struggling to carry the heavy load, it is tired and abused, well that could be the same advert for eastern crews. Just because your ill doesn't mean you are left alone by crewing, they will still call you every day to see when you are coming back.

When an aircraft or a pilot or cabin crew breaks down everything goes to pot.

Still things can only get better when the chief donkey whipper leaves, can't be long now.

Hes already gone and I wouldn`t bet on things getting better. The person who has replaced him is equally unsuitable to do the job and out of his depth.

Why did they ever let Matt Wood go????

Well - if a couple more people leave Humberside, everyone in the building is going to be standing-in, covering in a position that they weren't employed to do...

Mr Wood left because of T3's lack of ambition and unwillingness to change, I believe.

Well at least those at HUY are about to find out that what they think now is going the extra mile to help short term will become permanent and their efforts taken for granted by the two sociopaths. Exactly what the crews discovered years ago.

Some people think that just because SJ is gone, that a new philosophy will take hold at EA.

The next CP/FOD may be a total non starter for crews.

Not sure why the ingrained culture will change because one person has left.

I hope i am proved wrong but i believe it will be business as usual.

Am I missing something here?

SJ has left and someone mentioned above that the new CP isn't suitable so there is a new CP but then there is a post still mentioning yet another replacement???

I'm confused. Does Eastern have a new CP or what?

I'm surprised 'king rat' is still there, I would have thought someone would have dealt with him by now, I know someone tried. What a dangerous muppet that person is!

Guys it's a big world outside Eastern but believe me it's much better, if you get the chance to leave take it, SJ did!

Yes it is and there is 1 J41 which operates the weekday ABZ & BRU flights. At the weekend it does nothing as a S20 operates the Sunday flights on a W pattern from ABZ.

Hmm... so how DOES the new management team convince Lake and Huxford, that an increase of circa 50% in crewing levels (to get it towards more industry-standard levels) is a really good idea?

With the change in management now is Lake still a post holder? Would he still go to jail when they have a proper crash?

Perhaps this fresh set of eyes can point out that the company needs a change of direction and mentality ?

1- Lake would still go to jail, however I think after a crash you wont see him for dust ever again.

2- Change of direction - doubtful! they wont give in with the amount of cash they are making until the crash happens. See point 1
