So, 12 movements per week in the new winter timetable Ryanair have just published. 1 less than the current winter season.
Albeit the 1 based aircraft is no longer sitting on the ground 5 evenings a week and only sits for 2 evenings.
There's no GRO or BCN in the system so I'd suspect a few more flights should appear as the schedule is revised.

When the Scottish Govt took over the airport they estimated that they would need to put in £21m over the next 7 years. The Audit Scotland report re-ran the numbers and estimated the amount to be just under £40m.
However, as I noted above, the Audit Scotland report is already out of date in that it assumed a recovery of passenger numbers. It is anyone's guess as to how much cash the airport will burn if the traffic remains at current levels.
Update - CAA stats show a 60% decline in traffic in Feb 2015, with the moving annual total now just 858k. How quickly the Audit Scotland report has been overtaken by events.

Where is the Beech aircraft coming from? I check fr24 and find "BRO31" frequently over Donegal..
I haven't been able to determine if it's an MoD or civilian-awarded contract and 2Excel aren't prone to returning e-mails from mere mortals.

Dont ever remember PIK being classed as 'fog free all year round' (excellent weather record yes) but willing to back down if you can show where that is claimed VV. On very rare occasions a heavy sea mist rolls in from the Firth of Clyde and that was the situation last night. It was patchy with 3 of the 6 inbounds between 10 and 12 getting in and 3 apparently (FRs) not hanging around too long for gaps and heading to GLA.

Apparently the management are currently talking to several airlines about route development. Flybe mentioned, looking into potential (London City) routes but no plans to open anything soon. Management heading to Aberdeen this week to attend the routes Europe conference. source Ayrshire post. Couldn't find the link maybe someone will come along soon with it

Has any cost cutting been undertaken to bring outgoings down or is suckling at the nipple of the taxpayer in an election year just too good to miss?

GRO was only ever Winter only, commencing in late October 2014, to replace BCN, so now than BCN is back 7 times a week for summer season it has replaced GRO. GRO was never on sale for Summer 15.
Reus, on the other hand, was in the Summer 15 timetable originally and was pulled a few months ago. Presumably forward bookings were poor so they added frequencies on other routes instead.
Last weeks Ayrshire Post had a rather large article on how Flybe were considering flights to London City. Officially nothing planned according to a Flybe spokesperson though.

If it didn't make money for FR, with their low cost base, however it's going to make BE a profit, especially to LCY I simply don't know.
That may not stop them trying. The new BE model is extremely short termist. They seem to be happy to try anything but are ruthless in culling a route after less than 6 months if it doesn't perform. Not my favourite business model but a fact I'm afraid. see their record at BHX if you want proof of that strategy.
