Devil Sri Lankan Airlines

Hey guys there is a rumour to say that the case against the managment of Sri Lankan put in by the pilots union of Sri Lankan was lost by the union. It was said that, it was a clear victory for the union. However the managment got to the union lawyers and turn the tables around.
Can someone verify this please.
Thanks.
