Yawn. This is how almost all intl business is done on the continent. I used to work with a large IT company in the intl support and marketing. The graft was expected, and everyone knew it from the start. We just added about 10-15% to the price tag to cover the sweeteners.
If they start looking under African financial rocks, they are going to find a lot of worms. Further, 15Mil Euro is a rounding error to Airbus. They sold the copters - right? ;) |
