TCAA Flight training sponsorship 2017

Hello guys, TCAA has given out an opportunity again this time since 2012... Does anyone have an idea about their interview, their aptitude test and all that concerns selection process?

Last time selection process was based on family links to certain TCAA employees and training fund selection board members.....

deadline for applications was last week so they should be sorting the best applications.Any idea as to whether they've started inviting applicants to interviews?
