Jambo Jet Recruitment
Recently Jambo jet called in guys for interviews to fly their Q400s' and 737 classic. I gather Kalpa protested vehemently in regards to this move and thats a story for another day.
Well the setup of the interviews was more like KQ, but from pyshometric(morrisby profile) guys went straight on to the sim.
Interestingly some guys who passed the pyschometric have been waiting to be called in for the sim session like for 8 months now. Contact with HR department was futile as the HR manager is not informed of when they are going to call people in. Is there anybody out there who knows what is happening at this outfit. The level of confusion just bewilders me.

JJ are more in favor of the "wet lease" deals coz they can max their profits that way. Not sure if the recruitment will lead anywhere. I think it was just window dressing to kill the outside noise.
