I know there is some info on Rishworth but the difference between what they say and the facts are of actuall y there can be quite different...on paper may look good and attractive but when you end up there it is dump :-)

Exactly what the other guy said. Terms and conditions are per the contract. Rwanda is referred to as "Africa Light" by those who have ventured outside of South Afrika or elsewhere on the continent. Kigali is an extremely pleasant, clean, orderly and quiet city.
