Helicopter crash in Lagos

Just found out a helicopter with 12 souls aboard (2 crew and 10 pax) operated by Bristow helicopters crashed on approach to MMA in Lagos yesterday (08/12/2015). There were some survivors; sadly my friend was the co-pilot and was one of the people that didn't make it along with the pilot. Anyone who has any more info on this should please share. So far this is all I have. May their souls Rest In Peace.

S76C+ Accident 13.8.2015 Lagos, Nigeria

No surprise, it took ten years and two days from COPTERLINE flight 103 accidents.
This did not come as an new issue after at least not to the manufacturer.
Transportation category helicopter can not come unflyable with any single failure.
This design defect is known to everyone if you just want to look the truth in the eye.
I'm sorry that once again innocent people were lost.
