Air Mauritius - Chief training Captain severely criticized by Aviation Authorities

In the newspaper of L'Express of 25 May 2015 on the Chief Training Captain and (Ex DFO): A report of the Department of Civil Aviation saying that these two guys have unethical behaviour.May be there are major findings?
Will see what comes next? Will they be suspended?
Is there anyone can shed light on this matter?

Also heard that these two chaps has been derostered on the pilots roster, can anyone can tell us more? Do they still have their access pass to the airport? Downfall of an era? Or the end of Bugs Bunny Show?:
