Hi ,I dont have information about Bae 146 in Benin itself but I know in Ghana ( very close to Benin) there is a new operator of Bae146 with 2 a/c planning a thrid one very soon ,and starting operations along the west coast of Africa soon ,check "Starbow", and good luck .
I know of the first two 146-300's with Starbow and the airline is looking good as they expand their services. I was interested in your comment regarding a third aircraft soon to join them, do you have any further details on this please.
