SA 737 operators.

Hi there

I currently work for a UK based 737NG outfit. Also have time on the Classic.
3000 hours total time and 1700 on the 737, with a JAA ATPL.

Is there anyone who can advise me of working conditions/roster/salary at any of the South African 737 outfits?
Im particularly interested in Mango, for basings, salary and roster patterns?

I am also a South African citizen, so no problem there.

Also, could someone advise as to when the SA CAA intends to adopt the JAA license?

Many thanks to anyone who can provide some information.

Regards
