As we await the medical results, let me remind you that a CV will required for the orals. It isn't a must that it be complicated, have a simple one that has a summary of your details, education, work experience, interests and referees plus details (contacts) of your next of kin. All the best

Intakes are normally two per financial year. The current group in the interviews is the second in in the 2012/2013 financial year. Just make your application as in the website carees.kenya-airways.com as advised in the earlier posts in this forum and if you meet the basic requirements, you'l be in for the interviews!

Kenya Airways representatives came to our University yesterday(1/2/2013) to attend our annual career fair and I happened to ask one of the men present about the next recruitment exercise since he was not sure he opted to call one,Captain Opere,who confirmed that they are shortlisting (i was there when he made the call )

I think the shortlisting he talked about may be referring to the current process going on, or the Direct entry one. The Ab Initio position is not available right now on their website.

On another note, anybody with inside contacts at the KQ HR who can tell us what is going on?

I have tried to apply at the KQ website but I simply cant see the Ab Initio thing.Any additional help?

Just be on the look out. I am sure that after the current group being interviewed departs they will advertise again. Just register on their websites and then check regularly

Hallo comrades,I'm on of the guys who went for the Ab Initio medical interview and I also received the e-mail request by KQ to scan our documents and send them. However, it's been over a month now since that and I'm just wondering,has anyone been contacted yet on anything or does anyone have any kind of information vis-a-vis that??

I was among the initial group, had something to follow up at Mater and come back to the AME so I've just been waiting and today they have communicated and asked for the scanned documents.
