hey! As you probably figure, not many girls want to be pilots, but a couple apply, you wont be the first!! We began with quite a number of girls this time but its sad that in a group of 28, there no girls who made it to the medicals!! oh! yeah, passport will do!! All the best, and pray for someone like me to get in, I'll totally mentor you!!

I also received the email asking for the document scans. Hoping these guys call us soon coz my end of semester exams have to be avoided at all costs, lol!
@yasmin_on the contrary, there was a lady in my group of medical tests, so I think tht gender aint much an issue. All the best

yes, I did, but i had an issue with one of the tests, 
probably that's why they haven't communicated with me!! I failed the ishihara, but am still hopeful! Whatever happens, at least I tried and got this far!

its a pretty straight forward test, you look at some plates with colours then your supposed to identify some numbers in the plates, if you cant see the numbers, your colour blind! I was shocked when the AME said that! I was like, "kwani what am seeing is black and white??" The AME told me that chances of me going to SA are slim! I was forewarned so am forearmed!

The specific group i went with was a group of 7 GUYS, but the lady doing the ECG told me she was given 28 names, am not sure whether your group is included in that number! Has KQ communicated with you about your documents?

the lady said that she hadnt been in office till Friday, and that they were organising for them. Lets wait for them next week. Sb told me that departure date ni early Feb but this long wait is not good at all at all

Hey! People are very quite in this forum. Magnate did you receive a mail for document verification like Certificate of Good Conduct, Passport and Yellow fever Certi as we await Medical results? KQ should not make waiting long lest they employ mentally-disturbed pilots..lol
