In a press event with Reuters the new boss says Flybe will be chartering more aircraft cos of the monarch going bust. Says this will be seen at start of 2018 season. So are they bringing in more planes for charter flights or the 195/175 going to be used more for charters.

Ourmieres-Widener said Flybe was looking at chartering additional aircraft this winter in light of the Monarch collapse, but that any major capacity changes would be seen more next summer.
“Airlines publish their network one year in advance, so your flexibility during one season is not so big,” she said.
They've already obtained some new charters for summer next year, for example Southampton to Greece, but they're not because of Monarch. It just looks like they're winning more contracts. I don't believe Flybe have a plan to add more aircraft - their fleet is getting smaller.
