Screening is fairly standard
AFAIK, but it's still not a case where everyone gets through. Selection continues all through the process and people have been dropped during sim/line training as well for failing to live up to standards expected. It's not a "you've got a pulse and a license, good enough" company.
Terms and conditions are the main con, depending on your personal situation it ranges from just livable to pretty OK and being able to get some savings, but it's not up to industry standard. If stuck on turboprops and looking for a jet job it can be a decent option, or for experienced FO's the chances for a quick upgrade are quite good. Not too many overnights and usually only one night away at a time, if you get based in Tallinn you'll be home most nights. Also worth something perhaps.
