And doubtless just like similar past changes at LTN and STN the same old under-motivated crew will all be made redundant and all get hired en bloc by the "new" company and all that changes is the same old faces, attitudes and "skills" appear one day in a cheap new uniform to wreak the same old havoc on the airline's Ops for another few years before changing to the next cheap new uniform. DHL might even manage to find some fresh "management" with no prior experience in anything, let alone airport ops to "organise" the whole fandango too.

In the automotive world it's called badge engineering. The peanut monkey cycle is well understood but if you don't like the noise in the zoo at least change the monkeys before you go rebranding it, especially if you are planning to serve up the same tired old peanuts at tea-time..
