Hopefully he will improve the current HR policies especially in Staff Welfare and fair recruitment process.
Being neutral (assuming) he should not allow clouding judgement and 'who you know' type of job placements which has hunted KQ in the past with under qualified personnel filling top positions with zero performance (not directed towards anyone in particular).
So he is under alot of scrutiny, hopeful for a good turnaround in that department (among others).
