Fairoaks is not that far from Farnborough and Blackbushe if the dreaded application to close Fairoaks was successful. Both have everything needed to support a King Air or CJ2/Premier 1 operation.
FWIW I was chatting at the weekend with a friend who lives in a part of Chobham that is very adjacent to Fairoaks and he says that almost without exception the locals of Chobham and Ottershaw are opposed to the closure of Fairoaks. Let's hope they manage to keep it open.
