Cobham looking for instructors:
AS 350 & Bell 412 - Qualified Helicopter Instructors - Shawbury and Middle Wallop
Expressions of interest are sought for Qualified Helicopter Instructor (QHI) positions, within the Defence Helicopter Flying School based at RAF Shawbury, and within the Army Aviation Centre based at Middle Wallop.
Working as part of a team, the role holders will be expected to:
Provide high quality airborne and ground instruction within a military environment
Demonstrate a commitment to excellence regarding safety matters
Display an outstanding ability to develop and foster Customer relationships
Show flexibility and innovation, with a high degree of trust and integrity
Successful candidates should possess the following essential requirements:
Be an ex military QHI
Have a minimum of 500 hours airborne instructional experience
Have an ability to work flexible hours and routines
Successful candidates should also ideally possess the following desirable requirements:
Be an ex UK military A cat QHI, in current flying practice
Have currency or recency on the AS 350 Squirrel or the Bell 412 as appropriate
