Ex-Bristow Helicopters personnel may be interested to know that my father, Jack Woolley, died peacefully on 6 January 2017 at the age of 93. He had been suffering from lung cancer since 2014. Dad was one of the founding directors of Bristows and was Technical Director until he retired, which I think was in 1982. The funeral arrangements have not yet been made.
