The thread is slanderous and amounts to libel
Oh dear. How can one act "amount" to another. And how can a written comment be slanderous, when that is the term for a spoken defamation, while libellous is the term for written defamations? His lack of grip on basic terms indicate a lack of basic knowledge required for management and also a lack of active legal council, in other words the complaint is bull**** and bluster.
