If you havent already checked
www.ppjn.com then you should do so. Just send out as many cv's as you can.
If you get an interview then make sure you are prepared for it. Know the company background, know something about the aircraft they operate and above all show that you want to work for them. This may seem obvious but its very important stuff.
If you can afford it, you could think about getting a type rating. Perhaps on an ATR or something like that. I know guys with 200 hours who got ATR ratings and got jobs within a couple of months.
