Yeah you would be right about what you’re saying, only my version would include:
No one in their right mind would leave a job flying a decent plane in a decent outfit to come to Australia and say work for Air taxi.
There must be some pilots with jet airline experience who have gotten airline work upon arriving to Australia.( that is before Ansett folded up I guess)
I would be interested to find the average wage range from a G/A pilot in Australia to an entry-level airline job.
