New Information found on Lockhart River

The new DAS has just been announced, but has not yet been seen in the halls of "power" and the bodies still are coming to the surface.

In the recent thread a challenge was issued to Mark Skidmore that casa needs to put into place a very robust removal of staff who are/ have been involved in improper activities.

Yes there are a few who could do the job
But would:

  • The immediate implementation of the ASRR reccomendations or
  • The removal of the casa dead-wood.
  • The removal of the 200 or so staff who are non-performers;
  • Spending money on purchasing the NZ system;

Achieve an appointment of that person, as it would defy the effect of the incumbents and the over-riding MrDAK [supported by previous departmental head, now casa Board Chair - Hawkes].
Lets start with:

Why was Ian Harvey appointed as "Counsel Assisting the Coroner" in the Lockhart River inquest.

What was the casa legal branch's involvement in the matter?

Was this to "Pervert the cause of Justice?"

What has been found in the following article and the report in the Torres Times on 5th November 2014?
