Half the total passenger count for the number of passengers using the airside facilities. Divide that by 364 and again by say 18 hours a day and you get the total number of potential passengers per hour that could use the retail outlets.
As the Southend passenger count increases then the new facilities become more desirable. I wonder how much rental income the airport is looking for?
