Granted no-one has yet developed a MAD equipped depth charge carrying UAV, but I would not be so bold as you have been to say that its development is "insurmountable".
I know that an EO camera and Hellfire is sod all use against a submarine, I was trying to point out that a UAV could give a "response to a fast moving tactical situation". I still disagree that it is "insurmountable' to build an ASW UAV as the AVM so keenly points out.
