I still don't understand how a person can prepare for a psychometric exam, isn't the entire point to test who you are as a person i.e. your psychology? How exactly do you prepare for that? Go to a shrink? Meditate, improve your mental well being? If all that is going to happen is that people are going to get the test before hand and then "learn" how to pass it the entire exercise is going to be fruitless.
