It was planned have the 787 registered in a separate company with a Norwegian AOC. They then got the cold hand from the Norwegian authorities when they wanted to use Thai cabin crew on that AOC. On top of that the 787 are now delayed.
I think very few people know what will actually happen. Norwegian have already sold a lot of tickets which is only making things worse. Maybe that's why they are so quiet. There are rumors of them using 767's which will probably disappoint a lot of customers. But who will fly them?
