I remember we did couple PC12's deliveries UK to Bhutan...probably not your case though...anyway, I will speak to russians about it, they might have some suggestions. But, I would rather use something like Streamline to be honest, instead of going direct to local locals and sit with crossed fingers all time, hoping that they will not give a donkey as a follow me car )))
Ask them for quotation, maybe they will not rip you off....while I am searching for something else
