yeah buddy the website is pretty accurate, also try aerocare at
www.aerocare.com.au, they do virgin's ground handling at their regional ports, perth, darwin, cairns, marroochy, townsville and canberra.
you must be fit, virgin are on 30 min turnarounds so you will be busting your arse off during the turn though is pretty cruisy in between flights, busier at the main
vb ports, adelaide, melbourne, sydney and brisbane, these are the only location where virgin does their own ground handling, all the other ports are contracted out.
Shifts can be any time of the day, usually split into days or nights. You have to be able to work at a good speed and have a bit of commonsense and most importantly be a team man, that's what gets aeroplanes out on time!!!
