many people said candidates couldn't choose to apply MPL or CPL, it just up to KA's schedule, what we can do is applying in a suitable time, DA17's selection process is almost end, now no one knows the next course is MPL3 or DA18
for CPL, Initial test > Aptitude test > 1st Interview
