When I take pax flying for the first time I have a number of sick bags strategically placed but out of sight, a wet facecloth in a sealable poly bag and a sheaf of paper towels (Kitchen roll will do).
They are all out of sight of the pax but easily accessible.
I agree cameras are a no-no at least for the initial part of the flight and when the barfing starts get on the ground as soon as possible (not necessarily your departure airstrip).
Get pax out walk 'em about and wait 30mins before setting off for the home strip: Interestingly the sickness rarely seems to recur after it has initially worn off.
