middle east and HK engineers have been through this battle with the CAA . The answer is full type course. Bunch of us had the crazy situation with being able to certify EU registered types under companies CAA issued 145 approval , but couldnt put it on our EASA licences. And we were certifying 3 EU flag carriers a/c. We got as far as proving we had the same course content as the course after 147 issued but still no ! So one of my widebodies i have been certifying for 18 years now , but no Easa without a full course again . Good luck !
