People all around decided to bury their heads in the sand rather than deal with the in-your-face approach of the man himself. The essence of the Ryanair argument is that they have an 'impeccable safety record'. No airline can claim that, and Ryanair is no exception. They want to be considered in the top tier of airlines, but that is simply never going to happen as long as they continue as they do.
