Worrying thing is that this airline has no real safety oversight, and operates without such in European airspace.
The aircraft rarely if ever operate to Zimbabwe where the aircraft are registered. This begs the question how there can be any form of robust monitoring of saftey and operational standards by that state and its Civil Aviation when the aircraft and operational base are anywhere but Zimbabwe.
It's another accident waiting to happen.... IMHO
