Oh god another flexibashing post. I don't see the point of these. There are many negatives of flexi crew and it is sh-t. But things will not improve. Flexi crew is here to stay. There's nothing that can or will be done. Put up, shut up and move on. Just because done VS captain is talking about it means nothing. Unions get many complaints about it, but there's NOTHING that can be done. The sooner people realise this the better. It's not in the airlines interest and the 'wannabe zombie army' still queue round the block with excited parents dying to see little Jonny is his cheap nylon suit at the controls of an airbus proud as can be. (neglecting to tell their impressed friends that their son has web laid off for winter and even when flying earns less and has fewer benefits that summer probationary temporary cabin crew).
