Yes I'm swimming in EKs pool.
Working as a SFI in THY has nothing to do with EK. I had to apply, assess and accept a FO position in the 737NG fleet at THY just because I am swimming to nowhere in the EKs pool.
If I try to build a CV in THY or wherever working as a SFI is not because I am thinking in EK.
