Are they taking pilots off the A320 and upgrading them to other aircraft as more airframes pile up? Wonder what A/C the talent pool will head for.
yes, most pilots from 320 to 787.
regarding talent pool - it depends on the no of hours and rating for 777. But, low hours get onto 320 or sometimes 330.
