Bro that is what we are Speculating as for now. You cannot contactanybody regarding the matter because noone will answer and if they do they will not know what the hell you are talking about. Well they have a case, i mean they can decline your application because its clearly mentioned in the modified advertisement that you can only apply if you meet the requirements on 1st april. Which i know is really stupid, they come up with an advertisement in march and the examination takes placein september.. Thank god they din come up with a clause that you should be current during the recruitment drive...If that was the case then everyones candidature would have been rejected!!!!
