Former Airservices Australia air traffic controller settles lawsuit after claiming bullying, sex harassment
A WOMAN who launched a $1 million lawsuit against her former employer amid claims she was bullied and sexually harassed at work has settled out of court.
Former air traffic controller Kirsty Fletcher, 38, reached the confidential settlement with Airservices Australia this morning before a Federal Court trial was scheduled to start.
Ms Fletcher was sacked after instigating the sex discrimination lawsuit with Airservices Australia.
