No there is no DC-3 in DRC with PZL Kalisz ASz61IR engines - the misconception comes from a static display by the same company Air Kasai outside the head office at Ndolo, Kinshasa's smaller and friendly airport.
They fitted AW2 four blade propellers to one of their DC-3's that was retired from service 20 years ago to make the aircraft look more complete.
Do not despair though you are not the first person or the last I expect to be "Fooled" by this attempt to preserve this amazing aircraft for future generations to admire!
