Spain may be a pleasant place to live, and have beautiful cities, but unfortunately it's bankrupt, and some time in the next month or so, will be going to the EU
for a bail-out.
This is the sole basis for my comment that no airports will be built in Spain in the near future, and I'm sticking to that opinion.
