They pay you
? I think it's 28k starting salary... not bad for your first job in the industry! You also don't have to pay for your TR (well you are bonded for it and only have to pay should you decide to leave before 3 years).
OK, They don't guarantee you a job, but you get a conditional offer of employment if you successfully complete the course to the specified standard. Even BA didn't guarantee their cadets a job 20 years ago.
Edit: before you ask, no, I haven't applied nor am I in any way involved with this scheme.
