Even so, perhaps yours eight point draft letter asking the recipient to give a policy outline or indication is likely to be given a standard, dodging the material concerns reply, if not just binned. If the letter was framed so that each point was converted into a question, then there is a greater likelihood of receiving an answer to each one. .
