Probably high seniority in an airline where you can bid for your trips. That way you get the choice of what trips you do and I guess that goes for your report and checkout times.

That said... the benefits to not heading to/from work/supermarket/etc. at the same time as everybody else 80% of the time far outweigh, in my opinion, the irritations of missing 50% of the things I want to attend. So the other option might be to go part-time in your current role, if you can.
